All artwork is made to order, which means we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, exceptions may be made in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged in transit
  • There is a clear defect in the item

If you believe your order qualifies for an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. Each case will be reviewed, and a decision will be made accordingly.

If an exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sizing Information

All artworks are printed with a 2cm white border, providing space for signing and numbering (Numbering is for Editions only). If you prefer a full-bleed print without a border, please leave a request at checkout using the message box.
